Honestly, that would be highway robbery. I thought i read that the Texans had 4th and 7th rounders left this year, so a 7th would probably be it unless they're looking 6ish next year.

I guess it comes down to what it was worth to avoid the headache of negotiations against other teams. I'm thinking they called the Bengals and said, why don't you rip up that release paperwork and we'll give you something for him since it looks like the Chargers were in negotiations with him.
