Is there a live feed yet? When I go to the launch site it's just a countdown to 4:30CT.

SpaceX isn't live yet. I'm currently watching Everyday Astronaut, and Donger posted a different feed above.

NASA flight plan for today was uploaded about an hour ago. Should be on site around noon. Can use the same flight radar site posted earlier.
