After the mozz and pepperoni is there really a need to **** with the crust? I mean just seams the crust is the least of your worry on a pizza.

What's for dinner? Here's mine... (Part 2)

Has anyone tried "flat steak" before, no it's not flank steak. I just picked some up from Costco and I'm in love. For $15 I was able to make 4 different meals. This picture is shitty, as I was in a rush. Flat steak pan seared topped with Gorgonzola. Amazing. I'll be buying this steak again.

Made the cauliflower pizza for lunch today. You can't get any better than this. It's damn good. I used Food Wishes recipe on YouTube.

Shit is bomb.

Flat iron? It's one of those butcher cuts that's become more popular in the last few years. Good stuff.

Lazy tonight and didn't want to cook much. I had a fried peanut butter sandwich.

Tonight is Papa Murphys meat lovers on regular crust.

The good stuff is tomorrow... carne asada tacos, I've got a 3 pound chunk of sirloin that will be super thin sliced, vidalia onion, fresh cilantro, a little fresh garlic (not necessary, but it works), one finely chopped jalapeno and 8 inch corn tortillas that will be steamed before being loaded up.

Some doctored up boxed spanish rice on the side and tomorrow will be a feast, cant wait.

I'd put the cilantro in the rice along with fresh lime juice

Love it... . And I treat it just like flank steak. Good choice

Frozen Aldis pizza. I was already going to hell so who cares.

Yeah I really enjoyed it. I honestly think I can make this my regular steak over a ribeye. It's cheap, juicy and tender. To me it's tender.

I personally wouldn't give up a ribeye for it, but they are very tasty.
