Looking at sportrac, and they have the Chiefs spending 95 mil on 3 players.

Are they including Jenkins?

It's simply that the supply does not match the demand. Teams know he's not gonna put them over the top, but the alternatives are generally a LOT worse and these guys (GMs) have jobs to keep.
