you may be right. Not like I know their entire secondary. I know about Ward and Hufanga more than anyone else. But they aren't "bad."

Their starting free safety was signed to their practice squad last year and is a 12-year JAG vet.

Their starting corners aside from Ward are JAGs. Their replacement for Hufanga is a JAG.

Their 2019 secondary was pretty good. 2 really good safeties and a good nickel back and Sherman (who had a great year).

This one isn't as good, by a long shot.

JAG is a ways from "bad." We've come to realize that pretty clearly because of our WRs. I mean, if their DBs are "bad," as in significantly worse than JAG, that's one thing. I just didn't see them as that bad. JAG, okay. But JAGs are functional, just not great. And like I said, I don't follow SF that closely, so maybe they are bad. But if they're JAGs, that's something else.

Yea, saw a story on that today. Ryan Logan was getting on a Disney Cruise with his family at Thanksgiving and got a call from Lynch and joined the team on Dec. 6th after getting back from his cruise.

Crazy. To me, Kittle should be a perennial 1,000-yard 10-TD receiver. Or, at least 7+ targets/game, similar to how we use Travis. The fact that he can go multiple games in a row without seeing more than 3-4 targets is nuts.

I mean, three targets vs. DET's LBs? Really?

The last 7:13 of Super Bowl 54 is the ultimate example of that. The moment Mahomes and Reid started breaking their Cover 3, Saleh had no answer whatsoever.

The defining play that showed how cooked the Niners were was when they finally sent a blitz (this was a couple plays after Mahomes evaded a sack from Bosa when they were rushing four). Williams picked up the blitz with ease and Mahomes roasted Richard Sherman who had no business at all covering Sammy Watkins 1 on 1.

And Saleh is a far superior DC to Wilks.

Yea he's in another stratosphere and had more talent on top of it.

They legit argue that a Tight End is not a “complete” tight end if they don’t block. It is baffling.

The gameplan should be the same as it has been the whole postseason. Avoid shooting ourselves in the foot, take the points where you can, let the defense do its thing, and pray to the football gods the ball bounces our way.

For a late round draft pick, he could get 3 Super Bowl rings and a payday this offseason to start for someone. Not a bad deal.

We are absolutely going to house these mother****ers.

NFC IS JV

I'm being kind.

Their secondary has '2021 Chiefs in divisional round after Sneed and Mathieu got knocked out" vibes.
