Well, that is the first truthful thing you have said tonight.

Yes, the team that doesn't lose its best play maker, has the better qb, and doesn't lose 3 of its top weapons on offense, and two of its top defenders, won.

You are correct.

Nothing I've said has been untruthful.

People simply don't want to hear it.

Sure it's hard to do, that's why you need an elite QB. Just like its hard to lead your team to a victory from a 4 score deficit. Some guys can do it, others get traded to the Chiefs.

Let's put it in this way.

We all can agree that Charles is the best player on this team. Since Charles was only available for six plays, and was done for the day.

Alex Smith rose to the occasion. He played like a ****ing Franchise QB should play. This loss is not pinned on Alex.

I'm done arguing this stuff. It's sad, that people wants to blame this on Alex, whereas, he was nowhere responsible (other than the fumble, which I concede to) giving up all those points on the defensive side, other than 7, due to his fumble.

From the way things are going here, it just sounds like to me that everyone want Matt Cassel back. Not me. I'll take Alex Smith over Matt Cassel any day, any time, any place.

I'm out with this irrational logic being placed here.

If we are able to add a Jace Amaro or Eric Ebron to this offense, it's gonna be REALLY hard to stop.

The only thing that would keep me from going up and getting one of those guys is if both are still on the board in the mid teens along with a really good coverage safety like Haha Dix.

Dix
Amaro
Ebron
Lee

I would be thrilled if one of those guys s our pick. Any of them would be a game changer.

44 points and we lost. This while losing three of our top offensive players. Only morons like you put this on the QB.

Charles was in the running for league MVP. You are a moron to think that loss did not matter. And FWIW he did overcome the loss of Charles. The 44 points we scored attest to that.

Which really was more impressive, the shovel pass to Sherman, or the deek and beauty to Knile?

The reality is this...

The Chiefs scored 44 points and lost.

That means both teams defenses ****ing sucked and the other teams offense was BETTER.

That means that one defense tightened up while the other played soft like they have done the entire season when they get a huge 1st half lead. Before the Houston-Hali injury it was the opposite. We ran clock and wore down the opposing defense.

ZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz

Keep trying to put it on one side of the ball.

Lose a 28 point lead...

Thats a team failure.

Lets just leave it as it is. Your opinion is biased because you have and always have had, and will always have an extreme dislike of Alex Smith.

So, I take your takes with a grain of salt. I respect you not for your takes, but because you chose a side, and you stuck with it.

It does not mean you aren't delusional, or wrong. Its just your opinion. And im fine with that.

I used to get destroyed for mine, back when I first got here, and I tried explaining to people why I liked Alex Smith.

I get it.

Any one of those would be outstanding.

Im partial to Ebron. His athleticism is ridiculous.

Nothing biased about my opinion.

I have yet to single out Alex for this loss.

You lose a 28 point lead in the 2nd half...

2 reasons for that.

1) The offense failed to keep scoring
2) The defense couldn't stop the other teams offense

Team choke job.

He played like a franchise qb the first 34 minutes. The last 26 weren't anything special.

No, no. This was a team loss. There was bad play all around. My point is, that in the clutch, AS failed hard. In today's NFL, the QB is expected to pull out wins, regardless of how many bad bounces he gets. AS was in position to win this game in the second half, and he pissed it away.

tk13 01-04-2014 10:25 PM

There's some serious trolling going on in here. Some of you are truly miserable people.

Irrational logic? You're the one bringing up Matt Cassel.
