Essentially one of the machines is a bench press. It works your chest and arms in the same manner.
Since you're doing high rep, low weight stuff, try to do your bench press on the swiss ball. Do a set of 10 reps in an incline position on the swiss ball using the dumb bells, then roll up to a "normal" bench press position and do as many reps as you can (up to 10) in that position. 3 sets of that over time will get the pecs looking good.
