Just said goodbye to one of my best friends...He's going back to Afghanistan until November.

He has been there since last October and he just had 2 weeks of leave. I only got to see him for like 2 minutes tonight to say goodbye. I'm ****ing sad.

Watching the conclusion of "Jurassic Park" on TNT. Can't believe this film is already almost 20 years old; I remember it coming out as if it were yesterday, but it was way back in 1993. Got me to thinking, "Whatever happened to the cute little girl in the film?" When it was made, she was 14. She's now around 31, and grew up nicely.
