Baker is not a top 12 QB but he is better than many are saying, IMO.

I think people are undervaluing (maybe NFL teams too) based on last year when he was hurt.

You don't suppose they want to keep him since it is likely that Watson will miss some time this year if not all year in form of a suspension from the NFL? That is the reason that the Browns only gave him a $1Million salary this year.
