There is no spacing for anyone in the half court because the opposition simply doesn't guard KJ Adams. Imagine a world where Dickinson isn't immediately doubled or tripled on the catch? Would be nice to see it before the season's over but it won't happen.

Unguarded and averaging what 30 mins and 7 points?

And overall, whatever... we've been really damn spoiled as KU & Chiefs fans in recent years and one thing KU has avoided, as opposed to the likes of Kentucky and UNC, is missing the tournament. And even if they've looked like shit in the tourney a few times lately, they still have a Natty and Covid Natty to show for it.

There's been a ton of change to the game with NIL and the transfer portal, they'll figure it out once these uninspired scrubs leave.

I’m actually seriously worried we just might miss the tourney this year. Things have just spiraled so badly. I simply do not have confidence that this team is going to rebound, or is even capable of rebounding considering how dysfunctional things have gotten. Wouldn’t have imagined this potential scenario in a million years two months ago.

Those Duke and MSU wins will carry a lot of weight. I don't think they miss unless they lose out.

Which is actually a real concern at this point.

I think they'll beat OSU and Colorado, and hopefully they can get up for Arizona at home, but it wouldn't shock me if they got stomped that game, too.

smithandrew051 02-19-2025 06:59 PM

How confused are Duke fans watching this shit?

It's also a very real possibility that OSU is the last win of the season.

Thankful for 2022.

With 2018 being vacated (even though we all still count it), KU could be on a 13 year Final Four drought and a 17 year National Title drought.

We don’t appreciate Braun, Agbaji, Wilson, McCormack, and Remy enough.

Remy absolutely saved our ass twice without really ever doing anything before in the regular season. That was a real marvel.

Was the team's best player in the 3 closest games in the tournament (Creighton, Providence, UNC). Not good enough to get much time during the season over Harris though (apparently).

I have a couple extra tickets for saturday, would take $150 for the pair if anyone is interested.

4 of the last 5 halves of basketball that team played was the highest level of basketball any team in the country played that year.

Second half against Miami
Entire game against Nova (shit refs did their best to **** us)
Second half against UNC

It was a thing of beauty at the perfect time.

Having Philon on this team would have been fun, even if he only played 4/mpg.
