Andy's had plenty of turdburgers like this with the Chiefs, especially early in the season, and even in the Mahomes era.

We're at the point where we can think beyond one loss in the context of a season after 2 championships.

I think Andy was making a point. These guys need to get it together. Who goes for 4th and 25?

Demonpenz 09-07-2023 10:35 PM

Are people going to stop with the prince Perrine shit.CEH is going to be here this year.

If we look like this with Kelce then yeah, time to panic.

That seems like a stretch.

Was it Nagy that decided to not use Rice for nearly a whole half? Where was Ross?

Lets face it, we needed this wake up call badly

These young receivers will shine like diamonds next week, no doubt about it

Katie 09-07-2023 10:40 PM

Tony missed all of training camp and they continuously used him in critical situations and he failed

I mean, this logic works both ways.

Was it Nagy's fault Toney decided to sub his hands for bricks today? Toney makes *one* positive play out of his three drive-killing plays today and we win.

I'm just not gonna panic after a loss. Just like I didn't after our 3 one score losses last year.

CEH was way down the list of our problems tonight, and Pacheco wasn't much more effective

Pasta Little Brioni 09-07-2023 10:41 PM

There was nothing positive about this and it's week 1 they shouldn't need a damn wake up. Wake up of what?

KCFalcon59 09-07-2023 10:42 PM

If Kelce played we win hands down.

I’m not gonna panic about a Mahomes team in week 1 but this was admittedly worse than all of those losses combined. He can do a lot to propel this team to victory but he can’t make these WRs catch open passes. They’ve gotta do at least that much themselves

Hope they look better with Kelce on the field.

Katie 09-07-2023 10:43 PM

Stop with the 3rd and one. It never works.

Nah the Colts loss to a zombie Matt Ryan was just as bad. Lions are likely a playoff team compared to that refried ass Colts team.

I don't think Nagy really matters too much. Growing pains suck and sometimes bad Andy happens. Oh well! Sometimes it happens.

The Lions might be a playoff team but they made a ton of mistakes today. They effectively tried to hand us the game on multiple occasions and our WRs were unwilling to take it.
