I was surprised when I looked... Wentz completed nearly 63% of his passes for 3,500 yards, 27 TDs and only 7 INTs last season.

I don't know that 36 year old Ryan can best that production by much really. They will continue to run the offense through Taylor, so moving Wentz to get to Ryan is weird.

Although, they got a 2 and a 3 this year and a 3 next year... moved him and replaced with Ryan for a 3 with this cap. So, they netted a 2 and a 3 as well as all that cap.

All I know is that when Baker was drafted, I wanted none of it.. and many (including Blacktop) said Denver fans would rue that day forever.

He stumbled down the stretch, for sure. He really had some poor games when Indy could've put themselves in the playoffs. But on balance I think he re-established that he's a starting caliber NFL quarterback.
