It would be a damn shame to have so much potential on offense go down the drain if Mahomes is injured and dumpster fire Bray has to play any meaningful snaps.

A back-up QB who is serviceable... make it happen Veach.

I'd take a hard look at Matt Barkley.

I think we need our backup to have a decently strong arm, for obvious reasons. It has to be at least average I think.

Some might not be a fan, but I'd look at Mark Sanchez

I kinda hope Oakland gets Nelson at this point if it means they lose Crabtree. I think he needs a QB who can extend plays and throw on the run to be at his best, especially at 33 years old. That’s how he got a ton of his TDs and yards in GB.

Oh absolutely. Patriots negotiated a trade for, errr, Welker I think it was. With the Dolphins. Not sure it was him, but you're definiteyl right that that can be done.

That's funny. I was watching him for the first time last night thinking the same thing.

Some guys with starting experience who could be pretty cheap:
EJ Manuel
Blaine Gabbert
Chad Henne

You mean someone like Chase Daniel?

Daniel got more money than I expected. $5M per was too rich for us right now I’d say.

Gabbert or Barkley would be fine with me.

RunKC 03-14-2018 10:33 AM

Beau Allen to TB. DL really starting to thin out.

We need a NT. Wouldn’t be mad if Bennie Logan is brought back at a reasonable price.

I fully expect them to go CB or S in the 2nd round and I wouldn't be surprised if they traded up to get one.

You're missing the point.
