Even if we manage to luck out of this game, I don't even want Rosenthal on the postseason roster anymore.
|
Another gift call.

Pest, I'm really sorry buddy. To the rest of my friends, congratulations! |
Congratz guys! you all hit in the clutch and we did what we did all year, choked with runners in scoring position. one of the worst teams in the league at that and when that happens you dont win.
|
Thank God.
Trevor, I would really enjoy you slamming the door just once so I could enjoy rather than collapse. |
Much rep to Pestilence and Fruit Ninja, who put up with a lot of our shit with utmost class.
Tip of the cap. ****ing Rosenthal....Jesus. |
**** Rosenthal still. Dumbass
|
Yeah, I've always been a Royals fan. Living in Hillbilly Hollywood the last 5 years has turned me onto the Cards. Down here they root for the red teams. Or the winners of the choices available. Just don't tell Springfieldians that they're bandwagoners. ROFL

I just don't want to provoke the baseball gods and assume we will win the ALCS. We still have to get through Baltimore. Congrats again to the Cardinals and their fans. |

Oh well, whatever. If an I-70 series is meant to be then bring it on. Right now all I care about is getting there. |

but, I still don't like him quitting on the Royals. |

Adams stealing signs again?

You fell down on your job to be Frazod's stand in. If we would have lost it would have been on your head. |
The Cardinals aren't wearing protective eye wear while spraying champagne. They should ask the Royals for some tips on how to do this.
|
I'm hoping for an I-70 series. It will be my best chance to cross a World Series game off of the bucket list.

My dad went to game 6 of the '85 Series, as a Royals fan. |
You can say what you want about Matheny's managing, but at least he's never benched his best player in an elimination game.

I actually think that this was his finest hour for a few reasons: 1) The way that he tried to settle Rosenthal down last night shows that he knows his player pretty well 2) The way that he settled Yadi down after Gonzalez tried to act like he was born again hard. I still can't believe Mattingly decided to have Dee Gordon, Jacob Turner, and Carl Crawford bat over Puig in that spot. My head would have exploded. |
Also, Kershaw's day shows why you can't live off of breaking balls three times through a lineup. That's a hard pitch to throw perfectly 50 times and no pitch in baseball gets hit harder than a fat breaking pitch.

Another *gasp* Royals fans saying congrats to the Red Birds. I'd gladly see you guys win over any team from LA.
And who's the dude throwing the "suck it" on that gif that is pix-elated up there? Throwing the suck it is one of my all time favorite ways to tell someone I owned them. He might be my new favorite Card. |
AJ.

Waino with elbow issues.
Is Lynn/Lackey/Miller enough? |
So we're all hoping for SF/Wash to go 5 games right?

I'm watching the Giants/Nats game and LaRoche just made an extremely bone head play. I would much rather play the Nats because the Giants are like a mirror image of us.

And Bruce Bochy is damn good manager unlike Mattingly or Williams.

We'll see how it goes. Having another period of rest could certainly help. |
Harper might finally start becoming that player.

Lynn finally learned to control his emotions. Proved he could be a reliable starter under the glare of the post season on the road. Lackey proved he still has the playoffs chops to excel. Miller proved he can pitch in the playoff glare. Wacha will be a total crapshoot as to which Wacha will show up. |

Waino better just rub some dirt on it.

WTF is that thing on her head? This is not helping my paranoid feelings that this entire postseason is a dream I'm going to wake up from.
|
ROFL and baseball considering making the intentional walk automatic.
This is why I wanted to play the Nats. |
Just got back from Busch Stadium. Awesome game! I actually got my phone out with 2 on and Adams up. Told my wife I have a feeling something cool would happen and he hit a HR!! I realized something after that....I could never work for Fox Sports 1 cause my video sucked! First part of the video is fine till it went out then a jumbled mess. LOL
