I can't imagine his teammates or coaches like his lack of wanting to tackle. But the idea that he's not putting effort into coverage is a ridiculous myth. Hes still an excellent cover corner. Not elite but plenty good. Not every corner is asked to cover as long as he does due to our strategy of not using pass rush.

If he quit on his team, why did he come back out? The damage was done by leaving the field.... My money is he just assumed he was ejected.

As for the other stuff, people need to calm the F down. I'm sure 99% of CP'ers make complete asses of themselves when they are frustrated during Chiefs games, but the one player who seems to share that passion for winning has to go because "he's a head case".

These are the same people that go off on players who smile because "they need to be more passionate". Or tweet at players who have fun during the bye week to say that they should be studying tape 24/7. You are all insane and need some other hobbies.

Peters IS NOT that good of a cover corner anymore either! Plays 10 yards off his man and constantly is getting called for PI or Holding. He doesn't like to tackle. He acts like an ass half the time. Why should we keep him? Because he's better than any other corner we have? We are not going anywhere for a few years......can his ass!!!!
