I can’t believe they haven’t moved on yet. It seems to me like McDermott has shown what his pinnacle it is not enough.

McDermott is basically Marty with a few more playoff wins. The fans might be ready to rid themselves of him, but would ownership? For better or worse he has made them relevant every year. For ownership, that might be enough along with hoping one of those years becomes "their year".

They missed their chance. Should’ve hired either Sean Payton or Harbaugh. Now they’re just stuck with McD for the foreseeable future.
