Costco had boneless pork shoulder eight bucks off at the register. Wife cleaned the freezer out of past smokes. Nothing this weekend, but had a get together last weekend and smoked 5 stl racks and 2 full pork loins.
Been using a mixture of post oak and mulberry on my cooks. |
I'm not going to lie, those baby backs were freaking amazing...
