DC has a great shot to be the new champ, he has a great all around game. The only two concerns for me are his knee, and Jones' length. I'm rooting for DC though. Jones has way too much primadonna in him for my taste.

I was really really wanting to see Gust/Jones rematch. Bummer.

I know, Alex deseved it after the beating he habded Jones. He should have gotten an immediate rematch. Either way I think there will be a Gust/Jones 2, it's just not clear if it will be a title fight.

Yep. It was a good one. Props to Matt Brown, I just didn't think he was ready for Robbie Lawler.

I hope Lawler doesn't let Big Rig take the fight from him this time around.

That and Anthony Johnson is just a beast. He needs to be getting a shot after Gustaffson if they dont pair them two up next.

You probably won't ever get to see it as Cormier will rag doll Jones.

Nick Diaz Matt Brown anyone?

I was thinking a Lawler rematch but Brown would be fun maybe Woodley.

That would be a good fight, but I think Diaz would handle him. I love the way Matt Brown fights but he doesn't have the technical striking to beat Diaz. Plus nobody can match Diaz's gas tank.

Nick Diaz vs Anderson Silva in January. That should be interesting.

Jon Jones is hurt. DC vs Jones is now postponed to January.

UFC 178 now looks really kinda crappy. The buys on that event are gonna go WAY down.
