Once they stopped, it became a beautiful meal.

The playcalling was the work of a maestro. Everything seemed to work.

The catalyst for all the 1st Q ****ups was Fish false starting. That put us in a 2nd and 12 situation. Got 5 on the replay of 2nd down and then the Kelce drop.

The crowd was incredibly frustrated by the time DRob tried to one hand the pass (dropped it!) on the following series.

What a great game. Just incredible.

we basically had our own version of baltimore's yips

fortunately we have mahomes and not a fake mvp

OK, re-watching now, does anybody get the taunting penalty? Was it something he said (I suppose)? Seems rather ticky-tack if so...

Anybody have a link for the replay?

Was because he made extra effort to place the ball on ground in front of his face. If he had just dropped it casually it would not have been flagged.

Ah. Wow... Oh well, all's well that ends with a Chiefs win!

EDIT: Oh, and so much for "the retaliation is always caught/flagged", Mr. #92 retaliated by throwing the ball at him and they totally didn't call it..

Just saw the EF beer celebration, wow THAT WAS AWESOME!!! Fine?

Mr. #92 had also just slammed Williams backwards in to the turf AFTER he was already in the end zone. I'm guess the "taunting" had something to do with that. That whole sequence was BS.

Lamar was very much part of the problem for Baltimore. Inaccurate throws and not good at reading the defense. Mahomes was throwing a good ball in that first quarter. His teammates failed to show up. I am just glad they got their shit together before it was too late.

Bill OBrien having to be told to go for it on 4th down while 20 points behind is surprisingly not being talked about much. That was ****ing embarrassing.

The throw to Watkins in the fourth quarter when it was 41-31 was my favorite play of the day. Tackles shove the rushers out the back of the pocket, Mahomes steps up and throws a piss missile down the seam. Watkins snags it out of the air for like a 35 yard gain.

Just beautiful.

Sammy stepped up yesterday. Hopefully he continues that next game.

My belief is that who you are isn't truly revealed until you're punched in the mouth and things are at their worst. How you react to that kind of situation is what you're all about. We're finding a whole lot out about this fraud of a Chiefs team.

Not judging because I said worse in my living room, but this might be the post that aged most poorly in a thread full of competition.
