I didn't really start drinking MD until 10 years ago. I've always been a Dr Pepper gal.

as with most laws, the penal code is very open to interpetation, most certainly with regards to threatening behavior and assault.

Bottom line if you feel that you or another is in physical danger, an action that could cause pain, injury or death. Then you are in the clear. However, disclaimer notice, a "reasonable and prudent person" will have to sit in the jury stand and agree with your actions.

Going good. I'm very familiar with selling/knowing imaging part sales. But I have a lot to learn regarding computer sales, plus our internal program is unix based which means (as you know) you have to memorize all of the commands. An old system but a very versatile/rigid option for a business like mine.

Psst... Did you check out their website yet?

So if he says something like "hi" or "yes sir", can I kick his ass with my sledge hammer?

I'll even take the 45 minute flight to St. Louis rather than a 3 hour drive...

Good story is one year we were playing in the USSSA Softball Nationals and we were all planning on leaving at 6am one day to St. Louis... We all hop in our cars and take off...

Well; me and 2 other guys make a bee line for the airport and get there wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy before the other guy's... The asked us how we got to the motel so fast when we left after they did...

I told them we passed you about 1 hour outside KC... They said they didn't see us pass them... I told them they would have to had been looking 35,000 feet up to see us pass them !!!
