For a few months this summer I was only eating between 6-11 at night....all calories (2500-3000). I would get up, go to work, get home at 4, gym 4:30-6, then spend the night eating. I was lifting heavy, gaining strength on deads/squats, but also losing a bit of bodyfat. It was pretty interesting how my body really wouldn't get that hungry through the day and I could even train heavy with an 18 hour fast everyday. |

I broke my 6 pm rule tonight because i was at 200 cal for the day and pretty much starving.
Had 3 oz of tritip, yum yum. |
