Who are you kidding. It's going to be a gauntlet from start to finish. It's not going to be easy.

Assuming KC adds a few solid receiving weapons, it very well could be the "easiest" run yet.

Bills fans, under the loyal veneer, know what Allen is. The bold move is move him for two farms of picks. They'll just live with it and rebuild. Understandable, most probably agree.

No one has said anything about trading Josh (which I agree would be BOLD). Given where they are probably the best med-long term move for them. BUT what might be the return for Josh???

Good Lord. That's a ****ing reerunned idea. You've got a true franchise QB, there are only a few of them, and you want to trade him?

Goddamn. That's bonkers.

Yeah, that’s dumb.

Elite QBs (yes, I’d say Allen is one) are the only thing you never consider trading away.

Any other player can be traded for the right comp.

Rainbarrel 03-07-2024 05:14 PM

At Allen's age, the new team would need to spread out the hit over several drafts. So as not to destroy it and Josh's retirement

Sassy Squatch 03-07-2024 05:19 PM

I've seen plenty of stupid shit in football discussion, but insinuating the Bills should trade Josh Allen is the most absolute braindead.

If a Super Bowl is the goal, Josh is the turd in that plan

No one has suggested it because it's ****ing stupid.

Sassy Squatch 03-07-2024 05:23 PM

We're quite lucky the Bills have been stuck in the McDermott-Beane quagmire for as long as they have been, because if it wasn't for a stagnating roster and outdated coaching the Bills would be threat #1 to the Chiefs year after year.

LMAO No he's not. He's the one piece in Buffalo that even keeps them in the Super Bowl discussion. Beane has been fluctuating from mediocre to outright awful for years now and McDermott has long past outlived his shelf life.

Allen has Philip Rivers complex. He won't let himself succeed

They'd almost certainly have a Lombardi right now with Allen if the coin flipped tails instead of heads in that Divisional game.
