I've been at bottle shares that have ended with a bunch of us chugging Utopias from the bottle, hobo style.

Drunken chaos continued afterwards.

Just picked up some Tank 7 and Sucks.

I stopped buying Sucks. It's NEVER fresh by the time it gets to KC and it's awful past a couple months old. Yadda yadda, I know it sounds "beer snobby", but Sucks is one of those beers that shines when it's super fresh.

That being said, I'm going to be drinking Ballast Point Victory at Sea this evening. I also have Grimm Purple Prose in the fridge.

This was produced on Nov 11th (315th day of year), so yeah.. not the freshest. I've probably never gotten to have it totally fresh as we just started getting it distributed here.

That's actually pretty good. We recently got a shipment of the quart bottles and they were five months old already. Blech. Tasted like pennies. I made the mistake and assumed it was fresh. The local store ended up pulling all of them back off of the shelf.

We will finally start getting Bells here in 2016, supposedly.

Let me know if you're sick of waiting, I'd be more than happy to ship you some.

I've got a quad from Adelbert's Brewery, a Great Divide Hercules Double IPA, and some Tank 7.

Merry Christmas, everyone!

When did you stop buying? They've got a second brewery in Chicago that opened last year, I believe. I've seen a huge jump in the amount of Lagunitas available in my area. Although, I will admit I've noticed some consistency issues this year with their beers. I've assumed it was the new brewery working out the kinks.

Also, I don't find your post beer snobby at all. I think we can all agree 'the fresher, the better' with IPA's.

I bought a bottle of Stone's Point's Unknown Collabo Imperial IPA yesterday. Got it home, and the date was April of this year. Had a stale taste to me.

That's a good lineup. Although, I had 12.25 on tap in Houston a couple of weeks ago, and didn't like it as much as I did with previous releases.

That Two Hearted is a smooth drinker. I tried it as soon as I saw it on a menu in KC, just based on OTWP going on about it in this thread. Very good.
