A lot to like in this draft if Simmons works out

ABC just skipped the pick entirely **** me. Almost went the whole draft without KC getting that treatment.

What a great ****ing draft!!! Simmon, Williams, and Smith were all “my guys”… LOVE IT!

And a lot have come off so there are likely fewer teams still inclined to take one.

Think of it like taking a TE in fantasy football. You can take one of the top 3 in the first 5 rounds. Or take one from 4-8 in the next 4-5 rounds. Then you might as well just wait until the last round to grab another. Nobody else is taking one and there's not much of a difference either way.

There was no reason to take a RB in the 5th.

And we got the only one left at that point that might actually matter.

I'd like to think maybe Allen and Bond will be UDFAs and we can add them.

Hit every need without a disgusting reach, right?

Potential LT.
2 guys who can get after it on the DL.
Versatile LB.
WR who feels Chiefy as some have said.
Another CB who can play right away.
RB with burst.

I just really hope Simmons works out.
