16 points vs steelers D

And let's not act like the lack of pass rush is shocking either. We have been ghosts for long stretches all year. Playing bend but don't break on third down was a pretty awful decision.

Kelce being Kelce, Reid being Reid, and Smith being Smith

I think we should honestly look at cutting Fisher. He killed us today. Twice.

RippedmyFlesh 01-15-2017 10:24 PM

fischer a piece of shit 1,1

The second we went down by 8 points it was obvious we were going to lose by two points.

We didn't really play well in any phase of the game. Typical Chiefs. Way too many yards allowed defensively in the first half. Too inept on offense. Didn't block well, couldn't run the ball... Smith made mistakes, then when he made great throws we dropped them.

You'll be able to look back on so many different plays, if one of them goes the other way we win maybe. If Kelce doesn't drop that pass, Smith could've hit Hill that one time... heck if Houston isn't covering Brown, maybe we get a stop on that drive and win 17-15.

Two of Dorsey's first round draft picks... Fisher and Dee Ford played like shit tonight.

It was a goddamned miracle the Chiefs were even in the game. If the Steelers removed their heads from their asses in the Red Zone, this game is never in doubt. The Steelers won the turnover battle, gained 60% more yardage, had essentially the same amount of penalty yardage.

The Steelers punted one time this entire game and the Chiefs had 230 yards of offense, had no D or ST TDs, and yet still needed a two-pointer to tie. But instead of looking at the dozen times the Chiefs threaded the needle to avoid complete disaster, you complain about the result of a clear hold, even though the drive itself is in doubt of ever scoring if Conley doesn't lower his head into the range of a killshot on a pass he was going to drop anyway.

The Chiefs were an average team that got incredibly lucky with D and ST TDs this year, got a miracle banked FG, and had flukish RZ defense. Stop complaining about the refs and start looking at how the team can get better players.

You are giving the team to little credit imo but agree about the refs. Anybody that makes that the narrative is not facing reality. I understand the instinct to want to blame them, but we deserved this loss.

Straight up truth!

We find a way to screw the pooch every year! :#

Why were we not in the no huddle on that last drive it started with 9:03 left. Piss poor clock management again.

Refreshingly, the cap considerations loosened considerably.

No justification for paying mincing little bitches 100s of millions of $$

KChiefs1 01-15-2017 10:27 PM

Arrowhead isn't really an advantage to the Chiefs.

God knows how anyone can compete with the big market colossi in Pittsburgh. The Pirates have a payroll of almost a quarter-billion per year.
