Sagarin is the best metric we have at what are the best teams. Kansas finished #2 in Sagarin in 2007. Missouri #6.

What he meant was it’s the best because it’s the only one he could find online that shows they were ranked above Missouri that year. Nevermind that the Coaches, AP, Harris and every other poll including the final BCS standings show exactly the opposite. Sagarin’s website, which looks like the last remaining Yahoo Geocities page, is surely the more accurate one.

You know, I'm glad KU and KSU won their bowl games. Considering how the Chiefs have fallen off a cliff lately, it's nice that our college teams have all had successful seasons and given us something to feel good about.
