Don’t get me wrong. I loved what Ingram did for us snd I’d love to have him back, but upgrading has to be the priority. Don’t want to sign Ingram and have top talents fall to us in the draft and not be able to make the right choice. |

KC wouldn't have announced/finalized deals with someone like Henne if they were in that much red. |

Out of curiosity...what's the penalty for not being under the cap at 4pm? Forced to sell the team? GM fired? Draft picks lost? Fines? Public executions?
|
Did we just get worse this offseason lol

1. Free agency is fluid, even if many of the big names go early. 2. The offseason doesn’t consist of just free agency 3. The draft will always be the ultimate resource for team building. |

Make or break season for the other teams in the West. Win the division again, after all this, and they will all collectively throw their hands up in the air while screaming '****! What do we have to do . . . . . ' |
We literally just saw a team built like a super team vs a team built with bargains in the SB.
There’s more than one way to win |

Division is looking beastly next season. Signing Jarvis/Juju and getting a decent vet DE would help us open the draft up some. |
So are we going back to Dee Ford and Justin Houston yet?

So we good. |

They aren’t going into the season with what they have there now, and they will likely be aggressive one way or the other. I think all signs are point to Za’Darius Smith being their guy. If they don’t sign him, it will likely be a trade target on top of a vet. Either way, we know they’re invest at least 1 early draft pick. |
They need 2/3 more guys to rush the passer.

But again, Veach has a plan. Whether it be through trades or a trade up in the draft, if it doesn’t come from free agency, that just means he’s going to be aggressive some other way. He specifically mentioned DL in his PC about the upcoming offseason. That’s all I needed to hear to know he will be aggressive in fixing the DL. |

A move I was against at the start of free agency but all for right now is a trade for Lael Collins. With all the pass rushers added in the AFC West this year we have to do better than Wylie the Average or Niang the Brokedick.
|
Quote:
I was just giving you shit. |
Quote:
I bet he gets something like 3/19m. Collins is exactly the type of player Veach trades for. Elite and young with room to improve. Could you imagine Collins next to Trey? |

She’d end up hate-****ed through the mattress. Uh oh…it just moved a little. |
Quote:
You think that stacks up? And we still don’t have a RT to speak of. |
Quote:
So yeah....give me some young guys like Key and Carter. Then draft a guy like Cameron Thomas, Sam Williams or Arnold Ebeketie. Hell even if you went with Smith and Flowers....adding bodies to this defensive line is desperately needed. |

What team in this division has a RT worth a shit right now? It's not just us. |

****ing hell. The AFC is so ****ing loaded.
|
That’s not good. Not good at all.
|
Well shit
|
Today isn’t a good day
|
No worries, Clark is coming back motivated to make things right
|
Big yikes
|
Shit.
|
That one stings.
|
Not even that much money
|
Chiefs too busy trying to figure out OBJ and Hills contracts. Players are getting picked up and we’re taking our sweet time
|
They’re either going to get Clowney or they have a trade target (vet or draft).
There’s just no way they don’t. Sucks that we’re going to have to be patient to find out. |
We better be on the phone with Clowney's agent like now.
