Bill Kenney out there doing work.

The question is did your parents show back up.

They weren't as reliable as I was. Sometimes I would have to go all the way home to find them.

I'm 47, and I enjoy waxing nostalgic as much as the next guy about the fun things from my childhood, and young adulthood that the kids now are "missing out on". But man, the more I read, OP really comes across as nothing more than a thoughtless, knuckle-dragging douche canoe. Just my two cents.

You’ve got a great read on the situation

You didn't miss a hell of a lot. :shake:

I don't recall ever having to talk to Dad before asking daughter out. Chatted with Mom a few times before hand. Prom certainly but not a casual date.

Not outside doing anything wrong...literally just the presence of kids out and about is deemed as suspicious by the same people who love to go on about these generational problems.

I definitely agree.

It's pretty sick you have negative casino cash, I don't recall ever seeing that on CP - that shit is hardcore bro, how'd you pull that off? I can loan you some. LMK..

My in-laws are still in Salem so I go back a couple of times a year. There is still a lot I like but it's a lot busier now and a lot of the stores and businesses I used to frequent are closed now.

Olympia had a following in the KC area in the 70s.

Olympia Beer was in our KC household back in the late 70’s/early 80’s for sure. I snuck several of them out of the house when I was a pre-teen/early teen. :)

Good god beer was bad back then. I remember guys driving down to California just to pick up a few cases of Coors because so many people thought it was better and it wasn't available in Oregon. It was only like an hour and a half drive but still. Beer is MUCH better in this country now.

Also, I would know because I answer those calls people make complaining about kids for no reason.

:spock:This has to be an interesting call. "Sir, I would like to complain about the children playing football on my street, they look suspicious"

"Excuse me maam, is this the same mindcraft mob you were complaining about last week?"

Yea, that happened.
