Next offseason:

-Cap is going to rise a **** ton
-Chiefs cut LDT, Clark
-The dead cap figure for Schwartz and Fisher basically goes away
-Hill gets extended

That alone gives us some money to work with, and we basically sacrificed nothing to make it happen. Next offseason it will also be an option to cut Hitchens if we decide we don't need him with Gay and Bolden around.

But no. Knowmo says our reckoning is coming! Let's Reach can't keep getting away with it!

If Xavien is being truthful in his statement that he's only interested in guarantees, not new money, then find a way to make the trade now and Veach can figure out the financial logistics. A top CB on what is an extremely team friendly deal is a no brainer.
