The irony is that they are running the same plays/concepts as week 1.

It really was like the Orton game a few years ago this fan base has been so abused with short passes that when ever we see a qb air it out we all get a hard on for him.

I remember the night of the draft I was on the road working. We were watching in between rounds, and a buddy of mine is a big time Raiders fan. When they drafted Carr I looked at him and said "Oh, ****. You guys are back." Congratulations bud. You're finally doing your part to make the greatest rivalry in the AFC relevant again. It's about ****ing time.

I'd say its a combination of both

I wouldn't.

Both QBs today were pretty good, and that's because of execution against a poor defense.

And the offense still stalled in the red zone, with Foles, because of piss poor playcalling.

Foles is better, the team has a better chance to win a super bowl with him, and they are actually fun to watch again
This is a no brainer.

If he can play next week, he will. Of course. As he should. I'm just saying he better get well as fast as he can. Nick Dynamite will create a controversy with that cannon of an arm he has. Livest arm KC has seen at QB in a LONG time. And it makes our dicks hard. We've been here the whole time.

HOnestly, competition breeds excellence to those that have that fire. I believe ALex is a very competitive guy and seeing foles ball out will help.

We'll see where it goes.

ROFL

No shit, the guy is half brain dead from the first hit, why not send him into the line to finish him off? That was definitely a WTF moment.

That penalty shit was a fluke today and almost cost them the game... That d is still sketchy at **** but it they ever improve to a middle of the pack or at least top 20 D... The NFL better watch out...

Smith understands that Foles balled out against a team that didn't plan for him. Foles is a backup. A great backup, but a backup none-the-less.

I'm good with that, and I'll be cheering for your boy. But I'm a Chiefs fan first. Not an Alex fan first. Whatever is the best option for this team to win a championship is who I'm down for.

Best chance of us going places is with Alex Smith at the helm wether you like it or not. Argue with me idgaf, if you argue with me on that point I don't even need to reply because there's no way any sane person can argue that anyone on our roster at qb give us a better chance to win over Alex Smith

The play were Reid calls for an option after Smith was already playing with a concussion was pure stupidity. Classic Reid
