Yeah this is a guy we have highlights of adjusting his gloves before mossing a defender on the sideline.

This was the worst body language and facial expressions I've seen from Patrick since the beating in the Superbowl where the receivers forgot to bring their hands.

White guys never get respect at WR.

jettio 09-07-2023 10:13 PM

He was obviously moving slower than his regular speed.

Why was he active?

BossChief 09-07-2023 10:14 PM

He catches the 3 passes that hit him in both hands and we win by multiple scores. One was a tuddy and the other takes the pick 6 off the board.

Pretty amazing how close the game was without Kelce or Jones snd Toney having a career terrible type game.

Kadropius has another game like that and he can find another team.

He lost the game by himself. End of story.

Buehler445 09-07-2023 10:36 PM

I think it’s fairly obvious that after the pick 6 he was in his head.

We’ll see if he can snap out if it but if he can’t, woooof.

He biffed up the pick6 but then he wasn’t the same dude. QBs always talk about going back to their guys after a ****up, so that part is understandable, but damn. Someone in the coaching staff should have been in his ear and if he’s she’ll shocked, get him the **** out of there.

He definitely doesn’t suck, but he may not have it mentally to get past the tough plays. Tonight was ugly.

I also don’t buy that he was gimpy. Dude was WIDE open a lot of the time tonight.

This is part of the problem with a guy who's always injured. Even when he gets on the field, how ready is he? He looked tonight like he hasn't caught a ball since the Super Bowl

Not a #1 PERIOD!! Yes lost the game for us tonight!! My question is why keep him in the game or keep going to him when he is showing that he’s not ready? To me the was more than 50% on coaching….just saying. And Sky Moore needs to be looked at too… he’s been promoted but let us down tonight too! We thought our receivers were deep but we are quickly finding out we should have went for a true number one in the off season. Just my thoughts

Mecca 09-07-2023 10:55 PM

Have to post this here..

His EPA was -2.19

That means if you throw it to him 3 times the other team gets a TD..

That is so incredibly awful.

**** it, im over it already.

Im betting he rebounds next week.

Worst night for an NFL WR ever aside, he did look as quick and he clearly packed on some muscle. He was out there for very few snaps and in the snaps he played, he was getting open and Mahomes found him.

Megatron96 09-07-2023 11:40 PM

He had a really bad game. Fortunately, we already know that he can play a LOT better than he did tonight.

He'll be fine. Probably he really should've gotten a few snaps in that last preseason game and knocked some of the rust off.

He arrived from the Giants after not playing much there and made an immediate impact in KC.

But I don't know how much he had been practicing.

He's definitely a bit of an odd dude.

With Kelce out, it obviously left Andy in a bind and he was obviously getting open on some of those plays and could have blown the game wide open.

But yeah...

I think it's kind of strong to say he made an immediate impact, he had one or two good games down the stretch and he made a big play in the Super Bowl.

He's yet to make a consistent impact at all and has looked more like a complementary piece than a starter

But I'm rooting for him and I don't want to sound like a hater or like I'm dogpiling him after one bad game.

Hammock Parties 09-08-2023 12:14 AM

Remember, Byron ****ing Pringle once caught 6-75-2 in a game for this team.

They will get it figured out.

By the end of the season someone not named Kelce will be the darling of our passing game.

JPH83 09-08-2023 12:22 AM

He's just inconsistent, seems like he's always been that way. He's not the safety blanket "WR1" type but I still think he's a guy with the talent to take over some games. If he's a 2nd or 3rd option I think that's fine. This whole WR group could be anything from awful to pretty good. We'll know more after a few more games

Otter 09-08-2023 04:15 AM

Dude is inconsistent and often injured. Not impressed.
