That is a wild and probably false assumption with all the different ways we use this offense tailored the players we have and the way we spread the ball around.

Hyatt is being killed by being a 1 trick pony speed receiver that ran a 4.41 that is like being a HR hitter that shows he lacks power.

Well, DHop also ran a 4.41 at his pro day. I don't remember why they said he ran a 4.57 at the Combine anymore, but he was always faster than that. Right now he might be a 4.5 guy, but everything else about DHop is elite level, so speed isn't a big issue for WRs like DHop.

I won’t pretend to be an expert, but I listened to enough podcasts that the Tennessee WRs were in a gimmicky offense and the only thing Hyatt showed was an ability to win on go routes. That has value and he might be able to evolve, but the team decided to go in a different direction.

I have no idea if Rice will put up the same kind of career numbers, but that's what I see when I watch the tape. I see a young Hopkins.

I think the team proved last year without Hardman and Hill that the offense doesn’t need elite burners to be special. I think this selection in Rice and how the offense evolved last year is shifting the way Andy Reid is deploying his offense.
