If you take two coaches like EB and Nagy who are hated by their lockerrooms (sources say!), it's like using a double negative and you actually get a positive charge out of it. Nagy = bad EB = bad Nagy + EB = good Pretty simple, actually. |

EB signs that contract and every bump in the road is another razorblade slash to his coaching nuts. Right or wrong, it's dumb to come back

Where the hell did all this heat for EB come from anyway? That folks would actually prefer Nagy over him. Nagy ****ing SUCKS. EB just can't get a HC job because he has a pretty nasty background check and by most accounts ****ing sucks at interviewing. Nagy completely and utterly failed on his own merits outside the organization.

I feel like this is a sympathy move. They feel bad for him, so it’s like “ahhhh shit I guess you cam come back with us”
He knows nobody wants him lol. Sad ****. |

The heat was really generated by conversations requesting a coaching staff refresh, not any ill-will or angry blaming of EB. Then some morons extrapolated that into what we have now. |

LMAO Jesus Christ, when you put it that way; you better hope EB isn't the BEST choice of the pool they want to pull from when that time comes, Holy ****. I wanted to say only Stram, Carl, and Andy...I guess Marv Levy wasn't bad, but Steadman was so terrible.... |

1 - they did the same shit when Pedersen was here. And Nagy. It ALL goes through Reid. When Reid delegates the play-calling power eventually, he still has veto power 2 - Reid will click on the headset and veto calls that he doesn't like. So....the relay-play calling is a staple with Andy Reid and most likely will always happen, as it always has. And There is more than one coach in PMIIs ear on the field. Facts. |
Not too thrilled and I don’t mind EB.
I still think a great move for us and Nagy is to install him as an assistant hc / analyst like Childress. Go out and study the hell out of college and high school schemes. The use that knowledge to find a role next year as an Oc with playcalling responsibility, probably not with us. Bring in a fresh face at qbs coach. Would very much hope that all this came with a “come to Jesus” moment telling EB to tone it down knowing he’s killing future opportunities. It’s not my favorite situation. But if Reid goes back to playcalling (assuming he lost any of it in the first place) and we have Nagy and a new qbs coach giving us fresh ideas, then that may not be so bad. Let’s be real… Reid’s going to call most plays no matter who’s his Oc. |

Retaining EB is not an improvement. |
@Chiefs team source confirms what is already being reported. @ericbieniemy is definitely returning to team next season.

We still talking about this? None of it matters. It was a fake article that was deleted and now they are bringing him back? BWAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! I will just sit back and watch the entertainment going forward, hope they win and take a lot of emotion out of it.

Well, it does not get official than that, I do not mind it since Eric went to 2 Superbowls and 4 straight AFC Championship games |
Maybe he'll go back to RB coach? Sorry, that should say, "My inside sources say it's likely he's moving back to a position coach".

All this speculation about what job he gets is kind of silly.
He isn't coming back to get demoted. He's not under contract. If he's willing to come back, it's to be the OC again. |
