She could care less. She just wants me to make money. I’m pretty sure that’s the aspect she finds attractive.

I'm really enjoying all the pictures! There's a place not too far from where I live called the Bingham-Waggoner Estate. It's just south of the Independence Square, and was the starting point for the Three Trails west. George Caleb Bingham painted the iconic Civil War painting "Order Number 11" in this house. It's now a historic site. I've always loved the grounds, and over the years have taken pictures of my cars out front of the carriage house. Pictures of my 2002 Jeep & 2015 Subie. My wife and I restored a 1997 Cougar (The Big Blue Cat) and just got it finished up last summer. We're the only owners. It's the last big Cougar Ford built, XR-7 with performance package. Everything has been restored bumper to bumper. Great ride. This picture is in front of my old high school football field.

My first overseas trip was diving off the deep end into India and Nepal (with a stop in France) back in my 20s. We've got...

...heavy traffic on the road to Aurangabad, India (the most scared I've ever been in my life)
...sunrise bathing on the Ganges in Varanasi, India
...some rich dude's house in Agra, India
...just hanging out in Nepal (which is one of my favorite photos I've ever taken)
...heavy traffic in downtown Kathmandu

That sucks. We moved about a year ago, and I put all of our regular photos in plastic totes and had them in a basement storage room until we were ready to move. Of course, it's then that my water meter springs a leak RIGHT ****ING ABOVE THEM and ruined a great deal of them. Everything else in that storage room was replaceable...

Shit happens and we move on, I met my wife because of that event. I was able to replace ALL of my Chiefs and LSU memorabilia within 5 years and have more now then I did then. Photos are gone but I have more important photos than the ones I lost - kids, grand kids and family. Most important in this time and age.

I was out there tonight streaming music from my Ipad to the bluetooth speaker and chillin in the La-Z-Boy. My wife has the house all torn up trying to organize her office -the office clutter has spilled out into the rest of the house-so the Cat Cafe Porch is the one place I can get away from it and relax. Yes, we will have beers someday soon!

Thats what I said about cows in middle State Route 225 in Nevada. We had been running over cow shit all over the road then we come around a corner through a cut between mountains and there they are cowboys on horses herding cattle down the highway. About ten miles at a crawl till finally they cut off into a meadow in the Tuscarora Valley.

I ran into this situation on a bike trail outside of Springfield, MO. Wasn't sure how to proceed since I know cows can be twitchy at times. Ended up waiting around for quite a while until the damn thing moved far enough off the trail where I felt safe blowing by it.

Yup
Grabbed a couple of timber end cuts from my biz and took them to a customer who has a timber CNC (Joinery) machine. Gave him a File of the logo and poof-got those. Started as a couple of Doug Fir Beams 8x26 I think.

Ain't this somethin'? I told my pap and mam I was going to be a mountain man; acted like they was gut-shot. "Make your life go here, son. Here's where the people is. Them mountains is for Indians and wild men." "Mother Gue", I says "the Rocky Mountains is the marrow of the world," and by God, I was right. I ain't never seen 'em, but my common sense tells me the Andes is foothills, and the Alps is for children to climb! Keep good care of your hair! These here is God's finest scupturings! And there ain't no laws for the brave ones! And there ain't no asylums for the crazy ones! And there ain't no churches, except for this right here! And there ain't no priests excepting the birds. By God, I are a mountain man, and I'll live 'til an arrow or a bullet finds me. And then I'll leave my bones on this great map of the magnificent...

Yup
Grabbed a couple of timber end cuts from my biz and took them to a customer who has a timber CNC (Joinery) machine. Gave him a File of the logo and poof-got those. Started as a couple of Doug Fir Beams 8x26 I think.

Nice. My buddy and his wife bought a CNC but I don’t think they’ve done any that thick. Those look great. Any more pictures of those?
