Wish I could launch my wife into space.

They are in the air right now.

Oh please, they showed Oprah crying.

I’m surprised she’s not up there with them?

Does no one see the symbolism that the women are worshipping a long, powerful rocket???? That only lasts 11 minutes?

This is gold Jerry. Gold.

So brave, so stunning, so demure.

It is cool as shit that they are going into space though. Good for them.

Bill Shatner didn't do shit the flight he was on either, yet people thought that was awesome.

This is just fun, nothing more.

I would say teachers should get to go before those people.

But that did not work out the last time either.

displacedinMN 04-14-2025 08:32 AM

Jackie Gleason approves of sending his wife to the moon.

That's not true. I watched an extensive video documentary of that mission, and he did a lot. He encountered all sorts of alien races and discovered new things and went where no man has gone before.

I wasn't impressed with Shatner just because he went....I thought I remember someone post a meme of Shatner in the rocket and then a picture of the chimp that went into outer space for the Russians and the caption read...

These 2 went into outer space and did nothing....which was the most intelligent?
