Maybe the trade is a straight swap. 49ers get 2 more years of control but have to deal with an asshole, Steelers get a great player who costs them a bunch of cap space which they have.

He didn't say Steelers, or any team, he just said Aiyuk's going to be traded.

Steelers are just an obvious potential team that has been mentioned before, so it reeks of trying to guess and look like you have sources.

What a heist that'd be for the Steelers and what a stupid ass trade that'd be for the 9ers....considering they made the Trey Lance deal though, who knows what they might do. ROFL

He makes some amazing highlight reel plays but sometimes I think he gets a little hyped because of it. Pickens is a weapon but he complained himself last year that he's not going to produce running short routes. He's a good fit for Russell Wilson because Pickens wants to run deep down the sidelines and make plays which is Russell's game really. Same with Arthur Smith since he does a lot of playaction downfield off the running game. Aiyuk is a more versatile WR and might make Pickens better.

That was last year. Look at that schedule. They aren’t getting the 1 seed this year, the Lions and Packers will be primed to make a run and the Eagles will be much better than last year.
