even if it's good, it still doesn't beat butter I bet.

Mr Red, please try some delicious garlic butter for the win.

Nah your mom knows better than to put that on a sandwich she’s making for me.

Also, whomever said add it to grilled cheese=Game. Changer.

I like it cause you can get the bread really crispy while the interior of the bread stays soft. On the other hand, you have to watch it closely or it'll burn.

Nothing replaces the taste of good melted butter.

FlaChief58 07-21-2023 06:03 AM

I use it when I make grilled cheese or tuna melts.

Same

As someone who generally finds mayo disgusting (though absolutely necessary for a BLT and it works well on a chicken sandwich), this just sounds like a terrible idea.

Buehler445 07-21-2023 06:51 AM

I watch a YouTube guy that swears if you use it as a binder on chicken for your rub it adds a lot. I haven’t done it but the food he kicks out is typically good.

anyone else? Perkins had some nice melts back in the day. Their sourdough was good shit - basically all the Perkins baked goods were good. Surprisingly super good snickerdoodles.

I do, I also use it on chicken breast when I'm grilling. it helps seasoning stay on better and it's basically just fat and protein so it helps with browning and preventing sticking (which are the 2 things that suck about grilling boneless skinless chicken breast)

just a thin layer is all you need and it doesn't taste like mayo at all

mayo doesn't really have a taste when you cook it, just don't use like miracle whip or something.

if you have an immersion blender you can make homemade mayo in like 30 seconds which is much much better than anything you can get in the store

I’m going to try it on a grilled cheese when I get back from Alaska

Light miracle whip inside a grilled cheese, butter outside for toasting

Can’t handle it
Or mustard
I’m pretty picky
