I think we'll need some depth on extra point kicking to keep Butker's leg fresh.

Or with this line, maybe we won't kick extra points at all. Mind blown.

“Now what?” I have some insider information straight from the Chiefs’ war room. My neighbor has a cousin who knows someone that works in housekeeping at Arrowhead. Please do not share this information beyond CP. I would hate to get anyone in trouble. Again, please be discreet. Here we go. Brett Veach was heard saying that, “We will not be drafting a punter on the final day of the draft.” ;)

You’re welcome. (Seriously, Veach’s comments yesterday indicate that he’s committed to the BPA approach going forward. At this point, that seems like the most logical approach to me. And the most unpredictable.)

I lean towards your sentiment, but the talent level of Trey Smith would solidify the position long-term. LDT and Long are both question marks. I think this is the year, we put the O-Line band-aid approach to bed. Smith makes our O-Line elite. Just a perspective to consider.

Trey Smith in the house. Whoop.

Hell yeah, Brother. I’m damn happy with our draft. I just really think Smith can be a dominant guard and puts our O-Line over the top. I'm glad Veach and company pulled it off. They aced this draft. This guy being a 6th rounder is the ultimate in a value pick. I believe our team is vastly improved from last year.

Chuefs.

That’s what. Yo!

The Chiefs still need a veteran/proven WR.

Second biggest issue in the Super Bowl was the failure of the Chiefs’ non-Tyreek/Kelce receiving options.

Your options are literally Golden Tate, Larry Fitzgerald and DeDe Westbrook.

I'm pretty sure Veach is going to use his jedi mind tricks to trade Allegretti for Julio straight up.

TB was able to drop everybody in coverage and killed us with minimal numbers up the middle.

Thats not happening anymore. You put a bunch into coverage, you get death by a 1000 cuts with CEH getting chunks. You bring more up to the line, and suddenly WRs are able to find open spots. The skill groups just got exponentially better by what was done with the OL.
