From all his time his rap has been he wants vets because he can’t get along with rookies and young guys. Being able to communicate is a far cry from effective coach.

There is no coach I'd rather listen to than Gruden, the guy simply has.....IT.

Like. ... On TV? Like I give a **** about any announcers. He was better than the clown show that replaced him but he didn’t move the needle much for me. Pretty much the only color guys whom I give a shot about what they have to say are Romo and Bilas.

But why the **** are we talking about his TV presence as a pillar of his coaching.

LOTS of mother****ers didn’t want to play for the guy. He had no time for you g guys (which is intergalactically stupid) and he almost killed Chris Simms.

Glad he’s not here. There was a lot of TLJ about Gruden or Cowher before Reid. I’d have quit football. Gruden hasn’t been an unmitigated disaster, but the mitigating controls surrounding the disaster are tenuous at best.

I used to think that the Ubeja hate was unwarranted. But seeing him choose love for Gruden as his point to defend and continue to defend this morning, I can see it now. I mean, defend your opinion all you want. But to defend a Raider's coach on a Chiefs board is just asking for a fight.

Gruden can’t coach young players. Yeah, there are the rare exceptions, but for the most part he’s a flaming douche who can’t teach.

Derek Carr ain’t great, but Andy Reid could have taken him to the playoffs multiple times. He’s done it in the past with much less. Gruden wants a time machine and Rich Gannon to fall out of the sky, and it’s just not going to happen for him
