Doug Flutie was legit for awhile as well.

Watson is a noodle-armed Tebow. He has better accuracy than Tebow, but he lacks throwing velocity, and it's still not good enough considering his other shortcomings.

Maybe he'll be a great game manager some day. That's the best I can see for him.
