Go out and run real hard or work out real hard. It will take time. Are you willing to forgive and give her another chance?

Damn, dude. Hang in there. You won't realize it now, but this is the best thing for you. Don't let it harden your heart; just realize that it's better you found out now, rather than later.

I feel for you, dude. I've been in this situation more times than I care to admit. The Army has that kind of an effect on a relationship. You'll get it sorted out.
