errr...kind of the opposite, really. Jerry Jones is living proof that you want to put good, smart football people in charge then back off. Besides, Kraft is clearly much more of a delegator.

I will give you that he is the best cheating head coach in the game.

Oh and am I supposed to read all the links to the ball washing press telling how great he is and the spying and cheating had no impact what so ever on his majesty.
