Not sure what I'm doing. My dad mentioned getting together for dinner and a few beers.

007 12-29-2008 11:12 PM

I'll be working, unfortunately. Missing my own party.

I'm working on it. I invited someone over to get drunk with me, but I'm pretty sure he won't. Worth a try though. I hate being alone on New Years.

how is he?

Tell him happy birthday

He's good.. he lurks here from time to time. He's in college, getting ready for law school and spending every second of the day in one of those college omg-there's-not-enough-time-in-the-day-to-spend-with-you relationships. ;)

Yes. I shot him a message. He'll have plans, or won't feel like doing anything, or something, I'm sure.

Have enough to drink, and you could be great entertainment and not remember it. :thumb:

The usual beer, food, football and fireworks at midnight.

Demonpenz 12-29-2008 11:27 PM

This is the first year of people using "regifting" as a standard meaning of giving away gifts you recieved, and now it is NYE. I keep thinking people were going to new york exchange when I see it. The last time a phrase caught on this fast was "walk off homerun"

Goin' to the Armed Forces Bowl, and then findin' some sort of friends party to go to. Air Force VS Houston Should be entertaining.
