I'm going to watch the coaching battle between Doc and the Zen Triangle shaman.
The other thing I'm going to watch is whether Ray Allen is a prime time player or not. |
Celts--Ray Allen...dare I say it--Sam Cassell-hoping anyway
|
Lakers, why? They're the better team.

Lakers in 6. Kobe.

I voted Celtics in 7, but that's my heart, not my head. My head says more like Lakers in 6. Either way, I won't crow about my prediction. I will say this -- if the Celtics GET to game 7, their chances of winning are alot better than 50/50. Between homecourt advantage and the desperation of 3 stars to win their first ring, you gotta give a huge nod to the Celtics. |
Hey -- stupid question -- does anyone actually think the 2-3-2 format is a GOOD idea? I know I'm being a homer about it, but it's insane to me that if everyone holds homecourt advantage, the team with the "advantage" goes back home at a 3-2 disadvantage.

I vote for 'natural disaster ending series during game 1' since I think they both suck.
Since that's not a choice, I'll say Celtics in 6, for no other reason than I dislike them marginally less than the Lakers. |

I don't really care one way or the other, but I am a fan of Paul Pierce and definitely KG. So I picked Celtics in 7.
When I was in college, there was no way in hell I would have picked the Celtics. I was a big fan of the "Showtime" vintage Lakers. |
