There isn't a defense in the league that could defend Hill / Watkins / Kelce / Hunt. There just isn't. Especially not with a guy chucking it that can throw a ball through a human being's chest if he feels like it.

Paying a guard instead would be madness.

You can get a starting caliber guard on day 2 or 3 most years. You cant get a Sammy Watkins there.

Smith, essentially, neglected WRs in this system. Mahomes is way more aggressive...

I agree with that.

That being said, even if Mahomes makes scrubs look good, imagine how good a guy with Watkins skillset will look with this offense and Mahomes.
