Just seems like every position has a ton of guys drafted high that have failed.

Pest anyone is a better QB than tom savage

I have to decide whether to keep Tyreek Hill or Hopkins for my fantasy team and what I'm really deciding is if I believe in Mahomes or Watson more and this decision is killing me.
Also the fact that I'm leaning Hopkins is making me nauseous. |
Why would the Giants commit to Eli for 2 more years but then get rid of his best weapon. What is the point of keeping Eli for 2 years if you are going to rebuild while you do it?

Landry signed so he either gets traded or plays for 16 million.
I love Landry and think he'd be amazing in KC but uh yeah that's out. |

If they don't want to resign him to a mega deal maybe? |

I have no idea but theres too much smoke about them and WR's and I'm just trying to think outside the box. Trying to throw out some ideas. |
Corey Coleman maybe?
|
And I'm still hoping that we trade for Kizer. Come on Veach. Give me that satisfaction.

Ian Rapoport
Ian Rapoport @RapSheet The #49ers and WR Marquise Goodwin agreed on 3-year extension worth $20.3M with $10M in guaranteed, sources say. This guys going to be a great value in fantasy drafts next year. |
Browsing around, Chris Hubbard might be a nice signing to play LG. He can play tackle as well.

Wonder who else they target? They've got a **** load of cap space. |
Sammie Watkins is undervalued really because he had injury problems and played with a terrible QB until this past year.
|
Quote:
The reason why we're seeing so many trades is due to the ever increasing salary cap. With it approaching $200 million dollars, teams have more flexibility to trade guys, whether they're on their rookie contract or like Ogletree, just signed an extension last season. It's certainly a lot more fun as fan, although as I've said several times recently, the New League Year needs to begin the Monday after the Super Bowl, not 6 weeks later. |

He's fragile. |
OBJ wants QB money. No thanks
|
If he's over the foot issue, which he seems to be that should come to an end as almost all of his time missed was because of a recurring foot issue.

They’re far more likely to try for Martavius Bryant than OBJ
|

They've got a lot coming off the books. By the time Mahomes deal is due, everyone on the books now is off. Hill and Jones come due when Houston is going off. |

Far more likely in my opinion to try and find their own JuJu Smith-Schuster |

I'm completely throwing shit at the wall here
|
But I think they're gonna do something at WR. Lots of smoke about it.
My guess would be Watkins but OBJ intrigues me. |

The Seahawks and Eagles are two recent examples of teams who maximized their roster talent with cheap QB play. |

Since we aren’t in reality here, I’ll say again, Bobby Wagner please.
|
Connor Rodgers who does the Stick To Football podcast with Matt Miller says he feels the Chiefs and Rams are favorites for Sammy Watkins.
|
Apparently Ian Rapoport mentioned Watkins possibly in KC on NFL total access yesterday.
If they’re gonna pay him, then he’ll likely be here 3 years tops. |

you take Watkins - Soft pass on OBJ due to dollars. |
Sammy Watkins would be my guess as well.
I'm a little meh on it to be honest though. |
I just think OBJ is that much better than Watkins.

We can sign him to a deal that can be moved on from if needed by the time Reek is due and the other players. But honestly, I think Watkins will thrive here. The guy has never had a QB consistently give him chances like he should. Just watch some YouTube stuff and imagine Mahomes giving him those opportunities. |
Well if they did that, you'd have 2 burners on the outside with Kelce in the middle, it would basically make it where you should be able to run the ball just on the fear of the deep ball.

Watkins skill set feels very wco. Possibly our new maclin/jackson combo.
|
Like I said earlier I don't think he had good QB play in Buffalo and he came to late to really know the Rams playbook. Give him a full offseason with Pat. Speed on outside kelcie Conley going over the middle. Opening running room for ware and hunt. This O is gonna be hard to stop.
|
Watkins can be good. I'm just not blown away by him. He's had some injury problems.
I guess I'd get over it though. |
Yes u will o city if he comes and u see that first deep throw for a TD to him. Because surprise we have a QB who can throw deep now
|
So what bout these Kizer rumors do you all want him?
|
Quote:
Nothing about the Chiefs. |
What Kizer rumors? That's just chiefs update and 12 up bullshit that I've seen. If Dorsey's ready to give up on him this young it's unlikely he's gonna be serviceable at all. Plus you know tyler bray.
|
Hey I just heard rumor wasn't sure wanted to know what rest of you thought
49ers just resigned Goodwin I heard they are interested in Robinson |

Basically should we go out and get kizer I'm curious what rest of you think

God missed you guys
I'm on twitter thanks No I'm trying to see what you guys think bout kizer I'm not sure bout him. It could be he sucked cause it was in Cleveland |
Veach told us all essentially at the combine that they were going to go after a fast outside WR.
I think he signs a WR (Watkins?), a backup QB, a defender or two, and drafts the best defensive players available plus a guard somewhere. |
How do I post a picture from the web?

I think he’s gonna be a Chief as long as some team doesn’t dramatically outbid us.

Gerald McCoy could be traded soon according to John Middlekauf
|
Like I'm said the Watkins move would be a good one.
|
It would be good, as long as it isn't a ridiculous contract
