Dropped two passes in a row on the first drive. First drop was awful. Probably has a lot to do with it.

Around the league update:

Baltimore: Down 7-3 against Cincy
Tennessee: Up 12-3 against Jacksonville
Buffalo: Up 10-0 at Miami
San Diego: Up 20-10 against Oakland

Atlanta: Up 7-0 against Carolina

Our current opponent next week is: TENNESSEE TITANS

He got the first two pass attempts, but dropped one and the other one was behind him. Then the magic with Albert Wilson happened and his moment in the sun was gone.

Mahhomes throws a pretty INT.

Who knew this would be a game at the half. Buston Lynch is trying to dink and dunk you guys to death. When he finally tried to throw it downfield it got picked.

I sure hope you guys cut alice. Your guy looks like a 1st time starter.

RunKC 12-31-2017 04:54 PM

Apparently it’s already been decided that Vance Joseph is out

Rasputin 12-31-2017 04:55 PM

We would have been playoff bound with Patrick Mahomes II had he took over the reigns during the Nowinvember month.

frozenchief 12-31-2017 04:55 PM

There is a reason our second string is a second string but we are still up against their first string. Take away a couple of drops by receivers and Mahomes numbers are even better. For a first NFL start, the kid has good vision and great accuracy. I like his pocket presence. So far, he has shown the reasons why we traded up to get him. He's raw but there is a tremendous upside. He's made throws that Alex just wouldn't make (being sacked to Albert Wilson). And there isn't a better QB coach than Reid. The future looks pretty bright at his point.

Impressive debut for Mahomes considering its on the road against statistically one of the best defenses in the NFL and he's playing with the less than JV offense.

Also DAT getting seriously injured on a play where he made a dumb decision is perfect symbolism for his Chiefs career.

That's the fun part. Our entire team is the second stringers for the most part, and they're winning against the Broncos' first team.

If scores hold we are playing the Titans at home and the Bills will make the playoffs.

Holy shit.

Also root for a Carolina win and a Saints loss. Improves Hunts shot at OROY because they do examine team success and that would make the Saints the 5th seed.
