Sure but ****ing up top 45 picks at WR and RB is how you end up going where are our playmakers?

One was on the sideline injured and others were with him because of bad personnel decisions.

The playmaker at RB looks like a dude that had a light workload all offseason.

A lot of Week 1 overreacting.

People have short memories.

It wasn't very many games ago, in fact...a very recent game for the Chiefs were we were all celebrating KT. He made some big plays under big lights.

Don't quit on him yet.

If the Chiefs cut Toney tomorrow they still won the trade. I'm not quitting on him. But he deserves a whole heap of shit for single handedly costing us the game.

Pacheco is a nice find but lets not act like he is gonna be a top 10 back, he isn't THAT guy but he's a good find for when he was taken. The Chiefs ran the ball 17 times if you take out the Mahomes scrambles...4 of them were efficient runs.

Saying our guy was on the sideline is kinda ridiculous, our 33 year old TE shouldn't be the only god damn playmaker on the team.

Also there isn't overreacting anyone with eyes knows that is a bottom tier receiving group. Even with Travis Kelce it's probably somewhere between 17-20...Without him it's more like 29th.

It's a group that mostly hasn't had many snaps. I mean like yeah they're not gonna be crushing pussy out of the gate.

Fart Queche couldn't draft Defense to save his like until suddenly he could.

He's the most talented WR on the roster but played like the worse player last night.

Mahomes can back him publicly but I would not be surprised if he went to Toney and asked him if he wants to ball or not.

Because Toney did not look like he wanted to be out there last night. Scared of getting hit, scared of contact.

It was widely noticeable when Pacheco was on the field and when MEH was on the field. Pacheco's hard running and speed are valuable to us. Even on swing passes Pacheco gets extra yards bc of his speed.

And would you calm your tits already? Kelce is a HOF, Pacheco is a good back, McKinnon is a very good receiving back, MVS made plays, Rice showed a lot of potential in his first game and Toney was open quite a bit even though he dropped passes.

Toney played the worst game of his life. Did he drop a bunch of easy passes last year?

FFS dude this is no worse than last years receiving core. You chicken littles are out of control with this overreaction to on me ****ing game

A punch in the mouth straight outta the gate might be just what these guys needed

I felt they rushed Toney back once Kelce got hurt. I had not heard anything about Toney being ready to play and then all of a sudden Kelce is hurt and Toney is ready to roll.

He had the second least amount of snaps of any WR iirc. He just happened to get open when he was out there and has Mahomes' trust.

I'm way more worried about Skyy Moore than Toney to be honest. That was likely Toney's worst game of football he has ever played at any level of football and I'm pretty confident he'll bounce back. Wouldn't be surprised if they scheme him up an early screen next game to get his hands back going. Lost his confidence last night but his entire career he's been a solid hands catcher.

Skyy Moore had a full training camp, no injuries and was largely ineffective in his 45 plays last night which led all receivers.

Couch-Potato 09-08-2023 04:06 PM

I think our WRs need to just take a breathe, forget last game, and focus on improving for next week. One foot before the other.

Just catch the ****in' ball:cuss:
