It's probably because I'm just not good enough to be in a good mood very often. I have, however, thrown a pull cart into a pond, a driver into a pond, an iron into the trees and once buried a putter into the fringe like an axe as I walked back to my cart and left it there.
I've calmed down (because I've seen other people do it now and you look like a total prick), but yeah, golf is not a good look for me.

hahahaha!
I've thrown a club a time or three. took me a long time to figure out...I'm not that good. certainly not good enough to get mad about not being good.
my "best" temper tantrum -
first you must know that I cannot hit a baseball to save my life. I can stand in the medium cage and miss most of them. so one day I'm on a volcano type green and hit a downhill putt as softly as I could and it simply would not stop. it rolled at least 10 yards past the cup and off the green and down the side of the volcano hill another 15 yards or so (woods chapel course...anyone remember the hole I'm talking about?). I walked down there and grabbed the ball, tossed it up, and baseball swung my putter and hit it PERFECTLY on the face of the putter. made the coolest DING sound! and yada yada yada.....I NEVER saw the head of that putter again!
looked and looked and looked worried about the mower...never found it.
