He has been great this year.

His teams are the epitome of 8-8 every single ****ing year, even if they win a couple more or less. It's the same average ****ing team every year. He's the definition of mediocre, and the only reason people like you say different is because he won a SB with Bill Cowher's team with a franchise QB already in place.

Not to mention to this day he has the support of one of the best organizations in football. If he were coaching for even an average organization, he would've been fired a long ****ing time ago.

If we can't be too hard on him for losing just about every year in the playoffs, we also can't give him too much credit for making it most years only to be one and done.

To me he gets the most out of a team that is completely shit at qb and really outside 3 or 4 defensive players below average. The only good reason to fire him is it would help the tanking efforts. There problem seems more on the player acquisition side.

Mike Tomlin is the poster child for mediocrity. Winning seasons. Wow. Okay so with Tomlin, you'll get at least 9 wins, and should you somehow find yourself in the post season, you'll be out in round 1 as the mini-bye for whoever plays you.

Yeah, player development was ****ing atrocious. Randy Finctner and Matt Canada will do that to you.
